I moved to Huntsville in 2018 to begin graduate school at Alabama A&M. I had the pleasure of renting one of the Crutchfield Company’s properties on Whitney Avenue–which is within walking distance of campus– and yes, I often took advantage when the weather permitted! I loved the ease of being able to walk to class, work, and the wellness center, as well as being able to hear the band practice without even leaving home!

That property is a 3bd/2ba single-story house with plenty of space, both inside and outside! Everything from appliances, to furniture, and even the mirrors in the bathroom are modern and of excellent quality. One of my favorite features of the house was the study room, located on the other side of the house and away from the bedrooms. I would often go there to study, but would also utilize the space for at-home workouts sometimes! This house features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which was very convenient for myself and my two roommates!

Rent was extremely affordable for college students, and utilities were split between roommates. You definitely won’t find any other rental properties as nice and as affordable as the ones that the Crutchfield Company has to offer!
